Professional Supervision is essential for mediators and other professionals working with people in conflict  such as complaint handlers, early dispute resolution facilitators and human resources specialists.

My focus in providing professional supervision is to support and assist you to develop your own style of practise and  provide an opportunity for self reflection, encouragement and growth. Supervision is a collaborative process based upon your needs and expectations.

With 30+ years of mediation and facilitation experience, I regularly act as supervisor to less experienced mediators working with them on an ad hoc basis to develop their practice, review past mediations, or prepare for forthcoming mediations.
